THE STUDENT BODY
1.1. Math Center Coordinator
As the Math Center coordinator (one-course release), since August, 2014, Susanna has continued to update the webpages. Also, she scheduled in-class and walk-in tutoring sessions during her summer work.
The Math Center includes:
1. Tutoring Schedules (using Spring 2017 and Fall 2017 sheets)
2. PowerPoint Presentation for in-class tutors to explain
3. Bi-weekly/weekly meetings with tutors
4. Interviews in May and Dec 2017
5. Student Paraprofessional Training on Aug. 27, 2017
THE ACADEMIC DEPARTMENT
2.1. GSR 104 Coordinator
Revised GSR 104 syllabi with feedback
* Helped the GSR Program Director schedule workshops during the professional development week in Spring 2017, Fall 2017
* Attended GSR 104 meetings
* Made a schedule of course observations
* Made course copies via Blackboard (Starfish, Surveys, Intended Links in Bb Course Menu, and so forth)
* Revised the training modules

2.3. Gallaudet Open House events for prospective students
THE UNIVERSITY
3.1. Appointed as a Digital Fellow of the Association of Chief Academic Officers (ACAO) team:
* Attended the meetings with Provost Erting's ACAO team to develop ideas for GSR 104 projects
3.2. Appointed as a Gallaudet Innovation and Entrepreneurship Institute (GIEI) fellow from August 2017
to May 2018
3.3. Provided a short presentation at the Awards Day event (April 13, 2017)
3.4. Created and showed the poster display, “The Efficiency of the Math Center,” at the ResearchExpo, Gallaudet on March 30, 2017
THE COMMUNITY
3.1. Played kickball (April 28, 2017 2pm-3:30pm).
3.2. Shared ideas for the Communication Across Nations (CAN, Spring 2017)
3.3. Supported the first two public presentations for the Associate Provost for Student Success and Academic Quality position (Feb 14 and Feb. 21, 2017)
3.4. Attended the First Deaf difference + space survival event (April 11, 2017)
