To improve Susanna's ASL fluency, she has been encouraged to take a look at visual distractions/blocks (see the first column to the left side), e.g., using NetSupport more often for Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing, and Hearing (DHHH) students as part of sharing texts/PowerPoint slides. Due to the design of computer classroom, some students cannot see the screen--that is where she has to think how to best use the NetSupport program.
The second question, "the instructor gives me enough time to read and look before instruction starts," is highly recommended as an area for Susanna to improve her communication skills.

These four selected videos were recorded from Fall 2015 to Fall 2016 to show her teaching skills.
1. Fall 2015: Susanna teaching her first online course using yellow paper to find solutions (located in office. The challenging part was that GSR 104 students could not see her writing (step-by-step).
2. Spring 2016: Susanna teaching GSR 104 students online during maternity leave (using white papers). Another issue was that the background should be one-colored.
3. Fall 2016: Susanna invited a guest speaker to explain more about student loans. The best solution was to use a whiteboard in the classroom.
4. Fall 2016: Susanna's students providing their Statistics Project presentations online.
